The Six Disciplines Total Performance Excellence program is delivered by a Certified Coach, under the direction of an Authorized Six Disciplines Partner.
Each Certified Coach must have a relationship with an Authorized Partner (either employed directly, or indirectly, as a sponsored coach)
In larger organizations, internal staff can be certified and trained as Six Disciplines Coaches.

Description
|
A Certified Coach is an individual or firm that offers consulting expertise, has an existing client base, and is seeking to add the Six Disciplines total performance excellence program to grow their existing consulting practice.
|
An Authorized Partner is an established management consulting, which is seeking to add the Six Disciplines total performance excellence program to its existing practice, to grow a multi-million dollar service line, focused on Six Disciplines.
|
A Country Developer is an existing management consulting firm, which has the resources to invest in local translation of Six Disciplines software, localized website, and is able to invest in and grow a multi-million dollar country-wide network of Partners and Coaches, focused on Six Disciplines.

Commitment to build a multi-million dollar total performance excellence practice focused on Six Disciplines

20 or more active, full-time consultants

Web Presence
|
Certified Coaches have their own web presence, their own brand (representing Six Disciplines, but not using Six Disciplines in the name of their firm)
|
Authorized Partners have their own web presence, their own brand (representing Six Disciplines, but not using Six Disciplines in the name of their firm)
|
Designated Country Developers must be able to invest in creating a web presence www.SixDisciplines.com/XX (XX being the country abbreviation) (Example: www.SixDisciplines.com/hu)

Initial Investment
|
1 individual trained as a Six Disciplines Coach
Coach training fee of $5,000 that includes the following:
60-80 hours of self-paced, online learning
18 hours of coach certification training at Six Disciplines corporate headquarters
Training topics include Six Disciplines Methodology and the use of the Six Disciplines Outlook software.
Field support for your first client (highly recommended, charged on per diem basis)

2 individuals trained as Six Disciplines Coaches

Field support for your first client (highly recommended, charged on per diem basis)

Ongoing Investment and Performance Criteria (to remain Active)

Performance criteria depends on Authorized Partner requirements.
$100/month coach fee

First 2 years:
- $1,000/month minimum royalty
- add 3 more Certified Coaches
Beyond 2 years:
- $2,500/month minimum royalty

First 2 years:
- $1,000/month minimum royalty
- add 3 new Authorized Partners
- add 5 new Certified Coaches
Beyond 2 years:
- $2,500/month minimum royalty
