We begin with a stakeholder survey of your employees and customers (using questions based on the Baldrige criteria for performance excellence, and the Net Promoter score loyalty metric) to understand the key facts, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
We install the Six Disciplines Outlook software, which is used to help you to create goals, action items/tasks, initiatives and projects, and improve your overall effectiveness and self-leadership skills.

In parallel, we engage your senior strategy team to develop a clear strategy, measurable goals, and actionable plans.

We show you how to align your strategic priorities with the daily goals and activities of every employee.
